2020

A Spark Ignites

Solution Junkies was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to put people first. We challenged the status quo of traditional consulting by focusing on simplifying complex customer journeys and unlocking the full potential of Salesforce. This would empower individuals and businesses to create positive change within their communities.

Just three months after our launch, the world was thrown into uncertainty by the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred, we adapted, maintaining high spirits and productivity. Our team grew to ten industry experts from leading consultancies, strengthening our expertise and preparing us for the challenges ahead.

2021

Driving Social Impact

We solidified our commitment to social impact by pledging 2% of our projects to charitable causes. This "Projects for Purpose" initiative aligned our business goals with our desire to make a positive difference.

Our upward trajectory continued with the establishment of a dedicated sales team to drive business growth. We expanded our reach, partnering with Better Cotton in the non-profit sector and securing a partnership with the Financial Times in the private sector. This year also marked the establishment of our non-profit practice, solidifying our focus on supporting organisations making a meaningful impact.

2022

Building Strong Foundations

We formed a strong leadership team to guide our vision and expanded our service offerings with the establishment of Salesforce Industries and Media Cloud practices. Our team grew to 25 members, and we hosted our inaugural annual offsite in Lisbon, fostering team bonding and strategic planning.

We continued to build on our commitment to giving back, participating in the Three Peaks Walk, the Boycott Your Bed Challenge, and supporting various charities through donations and fundraising.

2023

Expanding Expertise and Excellence

With 70 successful Salesforce implementations under our belt, our dedication to excellence was recognized by Salesforce with the "Most Certified Growth Partner" award. We further expanded our capabilities by establishing our Marketing and Data Cloud practices.

Our team continued to grow, reaching 40 members, reflecting our sustained growth and commitment to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. While growing, we remained committed to community engagement, volunteering at St Joseph's Hospice, Stepney City Farm Nottinghamshire Wildlife and continuing our participation in challenges like the Three Peaks.

2024

Recognising Community and Team Impact

Our work with FareShare UK went global and took centre stage at Salesforce Dreamforce, showcasing how we empower non-profits to leverage technology for social good. We were also honoured to be named Salesforce UKI Community Impact Partner 2024.

By partnering with over 100 clients, we've helped businesses of all sizes harness the power of Salesforce to drive growth and positive change. This year, we continued our community engagement, volunteering at Brixton Soup Kitchen, Advance, Whitechapel Mission, RSPCA, and supported many more.

In addition to our community impact, we were shortlisted at the Digital Revolution Awards for "Best Salesforce Partner to Work For," a testament to our dedication to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our team.
