Diversity and Inclusion Event
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to people. We believe that building a truly inclusive workplace starts with curiosity and shared experiences. This year, to celebrate Black History Month and East and South East Asian Heritage, we're hosting a dual celebration centred on the stories told through global cuisine.
We'll kick off our celebration by diving into the traditions of the French Caribbean, enjoying Bokits, and learning how this street food is eaten and celebrated.
Next, we'll transition to a hands-on workshop focused on the delicate art of dumpling making. In Chinese culture, dumplings are a powerful symbol of unity and good fortune.
Events like these are the heartbeat of our organisation. Building a truly diverse and inclusive culture is a shared journey, and moments like these - where we connect over history, tradition, and a good meal - are invaluable. It is a perfect opportunity to connect, laugh, and learn side by side about our individual and collective shared histories - making us stronger than ever before.
