Whether you're just starting to explore what AI agents could mean for your team, or you're already deep into rolling them out, this event is built to give you something useful: practical demos, honest conversations with people who've actually done the work, and plenty of time to talk it through with others facing the same questions.

Who is in the Room?

Salesforce are expecting more than 5,000 attendees this year, making London one of the largest stops on the Agentforce World Tour Autumn edition. Last year's event drew 4,600+ people, and nearly a quarter of them (23%) were at director level or above, so you'll be in good company if you're coming to make decisions rather than just gather information.

The crowd tends to be a real mix. Technology companies made up the largest share of attendees in 2025, followed by professional services and financial services. Beyond that, you'll find people from communications and media, healthcare and life sciences, and manufacturing, automotive, and energy - so there's a good chance you'll run into people solving problems similar to yours, even if they're in a completely different industry.

What to Expect on the Day

Plans for the day are still being finalised, but here's the general shape of it based on last year... The day opens with a keynote that sets the tone for everything that follows - expect a look at where AI agents are heading and what that means in practice. From there, the day moves into breakout sessions and hands-on workshops, giving you the chance to go deeper on the topics that matter most to you rather than sitting through a single one-size-fits-all track.

Midway through the day, there's a networking lunch - a good chance to step away from the sessions and actually talk to the people around you. The afternoon brings another round of breakout sessions and workshops, so there's a second opportunity to catch content you might have missed earlier or dig into a different theme entirely. The day winds down with a networking reception, a more relaxed, informal way to close things out, swap notes with people you've met, and keep conversations going before everyone heads home.

Why it's Worth Your Time

  • You'll see it in action, not just hear about it. Live demos and hands-on workshops show how companies are actually putting AI agents to work day to day - not just the pitch version.

  • You'll hear it from people who've done it. Sessions are built around real customer experiences: what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently if they were starting over.

  • You'll have real time to connect. Between the networking lunch and the closing reception, there's genuine space in the day to talk to other attendees, swap stories, and build relationships that outlast the event itself.
